What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Call, text or email: which to choose

Pick whichever suits your day. Each one reaches the same small team.

  • Call if something is urgent: a domain expiring this week, a listing that just got suspended, or calls suddenly going to a number you don't recognise.
  • Text if you're on a job site. Send a screenshot of the error or the listing, and we'll reply when we've looked. A quick text is a fine start; we'll take it from there.
  • Email if you want to send a longer list, old invoices or screenshots of account settings.

We don't use web forms or chat widgets, so you're always talking to a person.

What to include in your first message

A useful first message answers five questions. Answer whichever you can; every detail spares us both an extra exchange.

  1. Your trade and the area you serve.
  2. Your website address and your business name exactly as it appears on Google.
  3. What you can't access or change: the website, the Google listing, the ad account, social pages, a phone number.
  4. Roughly what you pay each month for marketing, and to whom (you can leave names out).
  5. Anything urgent, such as a renewal date or a suspension notice.

Please leave out passwords and payment details. We'll never ask for them.

A template you can copy

Hi, I run [Business name], a [trade] company serving [City/region]. Our website is [web address]. I can't [log in to / change / access] our [Google listing / domain / ad account], and I think it was set up by [a previous provider / a former employee / I'm not sure]. We spend about [$ amount] a month on marketing. Is this something you can help with?

What happens after you get in touch

Here's the sequence, so nothing surprises you.

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, with a few questions or a time to talk.
  2. The free 30-minute consultation. We go through your list, flag anything urgent, and tell you which parts of your marketing are at risk.
  3. A written next step. That might be a rescue audit, a single recovery task, or simply advice you can act on alone. No pressure, no sales sequence.
  4. If you go ahead, we agree scope and plan in writing, on month-to-month terms set out on the pricing page.

If something is urgent, such as an expiring domain, we'll point you to the immediate step on that first call, whether or not you hire us.

Before you contact us: two minutes that help

Try logging in to your domain registrar, Google Business Profile and Google Ads yourself, and note what happens. Even "I don't know which email it's under" is useful information.

If you'd like a fuller self-check, the agency exit checklist takes about twenty minutes and makes the first conversation much more productive. The FAQ covers costs, contracts and ownership if you want answers before you reach out.

If you're contacting us on behalf of someone else

Office managers, partners and family members often reach out for the owner. That's fine. Just let us know who has authority over the business's accounts, because recovery steps eventually need the owner's own login and approval.

Who you're contacting

Trade.Repair is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor; we work on your listings, accounts and website, never on your customers' homes. Read more about us.

We only email people who contact us first, and we use your details only to answer your question.

Frequently asked questions

Who will I speak to?

A senior strategist who works on rescue cases, not a call centre or a sales team. For complex cases, Ali Sedighi reviews the plan.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses, with no obligation to sign up for anything.

Should I send my passwords so you can look?

No, please don't. We never need your passwords. If we need to look inside an account, we'll show you how to add us as a user with our own login.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Many owners text from the job site and we reply by text. Send a photo or screenshot of what you're seeing if it helps.
