Trade.Repair is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for contractors whose marketing has gone wrong. We audit what they have, help them recover their Google listing, domain and accounts through each platform's own processes, and rebuild the website and campaigns on a foundation the business owns. We are not a contractor, and we never install, repair or service anything in a customer's home.
Why Trade.Repair exists
We kept meeting the same owner. A capable plumber, roofer or electrician who'd paid for marketing for years, then discovered that the listing, the domain or the ad account sat under someone else's login. Sometimes the provider had closed. Sometimes the person who set it up had simply moved on. Often nobody had done anything wrong on purpose; the setup just never put the business first.
Those owners didn't need another sales pitch. They needed a calm, factual inventory and a clear order of recovery. Trade.Repair is built around that first conversation. We don't name or criticise other firms, and we don't need to. The facts of who owns what are usually enough.
The group behind it
Trade.Repair is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. It's Canadian, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and serves trades businesses across the country.
- Sedighi.ca is Ali's growth, marketing and technology consultancy, and the parent of brands such as HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. Rescue cases that need deeper business advice can draw on that wider bench.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) handles strategy, AI and revenue acceleration work in Canada. Ali is its Founder & Managing Partner, with Sedighi.ca setting its strategic direction.
- Trades.Agency is the group's marketing agency for trades. Trade.Repair's plans and prices follow Trades.Agency's.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Trade.Repair is led by Ali Sedighi, whose MBA is in Technology Management. His 17+ years in digital marketing began in 2007, the year he set up ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Ali founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and is Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling and BCWide.ca. Building that many sites for trades companies means he has also seen, many times over, what goes wrong when a contractor doesn't own the accounts behind them.
How we work
Five principles shape every rescue.
- Facts before opinions. The audit records who owns each asset and what it produced. We don't grade anyone's past work.
- Official routes only. Recovery runs through Google's, the registrar's and each platform's published processes. No shortcuts that put your listing at risk.
- Your name on everything. Every account we recover or create is held by your business email. We work as added users you can remove at any time.
- No legal advice. If a contract or ownership dispute comes up, we document the facts and suggest you speak with a lawyer. We don't interpret agreements.
- Month-to-month. Our plans carry no long-term contract, with 30 days' notice to cancel. You should stay because it works, not because leaving is hard.
Why we don't name other firms
Owners sometimes expect us to confirm that a previous provider let them down. We won't, for two reasons. We rarely know the full story, and a rescue goes faster when everyone involved stays cooperative. The facts in the audit speak for themselves.
What we don't do
Being clear about limits is part of being trustworthy, especially for owners who've heard big promises before.
- We don't promise rankings, lead counts or recovery dates. Platforms set their own timelines.
- We don't do trade work, inspections or code-compliance advice. For regulators in your province, see the areas page.
- We don’t publish client quotes or star ratings on this site. Our published results are named HVAC case studies on the results page.
Where to go next
If you want to understand the rescue process first, start with the services overview or the agency exit checklist. If you'd rather talk, contact us: call, text or email, and you'll speak with a senior strategist, not a sales queue.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns Trade.Repair?
Trade.Repair is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, and its brands include Trades.Agency.
Where are you based?
We're headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work with trades businesses across all 10 provinces and 3 territories, with consultations by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email.
Do you do any installation or repair work?
No. We are not a contractor. We market and advise trades businesses, and the only things we repair are listings, accounts, websites and campaigns.
Why a separate brand for rescue work?
Because owners who've been burned need a different first conversation. They want facts about what they own before anyone pitches them anything, and this brand is built around giving them that.
